Went in over the weekend to get info on leasing. I loved the community and the lady in the office Tammy she was such a delight and helpful. Unfortunately no 3 bedrooms but I enjoyed my visit.

After living here over a year, I am able to say I really enjoy it! I do plan on renewing my lease this year. Office staff has been amazing, and I really enjoy the location next to the bedford boys ranch lake. I have not experienced any roaches but I do add myself on pest control to prevent this issue. Thanks so much for rise bedford lake being great and always helpful! The office has always been able to address my issues in a timely manner and answer any questions, I did get my car towed once but it was fault because I didn’t follow directions. Maintenance is great and they did it done quickly!
