This is so lovely and its soon to be our new home! I've been looking for just the perfect apartment for us and as soon as I met the personable manager and she took me on a lovely tour, I knew this was soon to be our cozy spot! It will be right off the pool and will be plenty big with a bedroom, den, living room dinning room kitchen, patio hand storage all for a very reasonable price! We move in soon and my excitement is getting the best of me! I can't wait! Well, sad ending.😟After having been quite content living at The Arbors for about 1 and 1/2 years, our dear manager had to leave due to health problems and it wasn’t long after her departure we lost our proficient maintenance man. Two major personnel losses and things began to succumb to mediocrity. Personnelle in the office started changing policies and rude behavior became the norm. Some residents were made to remove their outdoor furniture and plants along the front of their apartments while others, with furniture and plants along the front of their apartments were left alone. There was a definite feeling of discrimination and my husband and I didn’t like it! Would we be next? Trash cans weren’t being emptied and there was a lot more trash build up all around. The parking lot was full of food wrappers and paper cups. The lovely gas grill we had originally been so excited about was broken and we were told it would not be repaired due to expense. The pool was closed on and off. It became quite noticeable to us that our maintenance had declined miserably and the atmosphere had become dull and sullen. The worst part was the tremendous increase in rent! Our Social Security certainly didn’t increase so our now tight budget became a tremendous problem and worry. The Arbors was not the same happy, friendly apartment complex we had moved into 1 and 1/2 years before and it made us very sad. It was definitely time to leave so on April 1, 2022 we broke our lease and moved.

I LOVE my home at The Arbors!!! Not only is located close to the freeway, it is very quiet. My home feels like my home!!! It is clean and the staff is so professional and sweet. Thank you to The Arbors for making me feel at home!!!
