I love living here! The front office people and maintenances are awesome. They do response fast with any request. I loved going for a walk every morning with my dog around the whole apartment complex, especially since it a gated community. The amenities are great, enjoy the pool in the summer. It's a great quiet atmosphere and some neighbors are friendly. No problem with pest, since I pay monthly for pest control, why not use it. This is my first time living in an apartment since my husband passed and needed to downsize. I lived downstairs and no problems with upstairs neighbor. I don't even hear them. The shopping are great and nearby. Thanks to Valerie Olivas for her time, and helpful responses. So to me, I give them a five star, cause I feel safe here!
