I’ve been living here for 3-4 years now! I currently have a one bedroom. I wanted to post a picture in case anyone wanted to see what the inside looks like. New management is great, all of my maintenance request get addressed quickly. Overall, for the price, I really like it here !

We were having a hard time looking for places, but 3800 on Portlands were the first ones who were very welcoming and communicative. We've been here for a while now and everything's been great! The staff is super friendly and they're very quick to respond if we have any issues. Maintenance is also very quick and they do a great job at getting things fixed.
