I'm a 7 year resident here at Lana, and I'm only giving 5 stars to Xavier at the office, who solved my problem with care and grace. Pest control I do my own since ,yes, lots of bugs and roaches. Location and the peaceful sound of the creek 5 stars. Safety 1 star since I had my apartment broken into 2 times(relocated to diferente apto after that). Trash 3 stars, and I prefer to take it by myself since I don't like to have trash around for more than one day. Neighbors are not loud, so 5 stars. Renovated apartments 3 stars since some appliances don't work or are too old and nasty. Windows and doors are old and have air leaks. New floors are nice! Maintenance = 5 stars Swimming pool and exercise room I don't use so I have no idea what to expect. Price is reasonable since it keeps getting so many bad reviews. I keep staying here because of location, location, and location.
