It’s been a year since I moved in and I’m ready to give my experience. Let’s start with the office, the staff has been very friendly and patient and understood a situation I went through and worked with me. I appreciate them for that! Any small issue I had was taken seriously and immediately solved in a timely manner. I can’t count how many emails I have received from them advising any updates about the property to keep us in the know. The grounds are always kept clean, I have never seen any trash just laying about. My neighbors are awesome we keep to ourselves with the occasional hello in passing which I love. It’s quiet and I feel safe (especially being a short woman) and there haven’t been any break ins or damage to property to my knowledge. I don’t have any rodent issues and I live on the first floor. The pool is kept clean whether it’s open or not. The gym is nice it’s newly renovated. The property is always putting together an event to keep up the morale. Everything is gated which I love! The club house is nice and the free coffee is a plus lol. It’s very convenient that there is a grocery directly across the street. It’s quiet for the most part. This is why I will be renewing my lease. Thank you 5225 Maple!
