We were welcomed by Karen, she offered to give us a tour, & we fell in love instantly. The amenities are great and kept clean. The property feels like we live in a luxury, SAFE, comfortable resort. The process was easy and organized which was important since we moved from Nor-Cal. The location is perfect, we walk to Whole Foods, LA live, restaurants & bars. Moving in was made easy! Derick at the concierge desk was so welcoming and helpful, we will never forget our pleasant move in experience because of him! Our apartment is beautiful and cozy with a great view of DTLA. Overall Wren apartments has checked off all of our necessary boxes that we were looking for. The taproom just downstairs is such a plus! Anytime we need anything everyone is willing to assist, maintenance, concierge, & everyone at the leasing office. Honestly, we have 0 complaints.
