I entered 5 maintenance requests for my unit on a Sunday, and on Monday three of them were promptly fixed. The remaining 2 are plumbing issues and I expect it will take more time to address them. Individual unit maintenance has been good, but I wish there was more communication about the elevator repairs in my building. One elevator has been out of service for three weeks, and another has been on and off for the same amount of time. "Out of Service" signs are not posted on every floor, and there hasn't been sufficient communication about the repair timeline.
