This review is for David and Roger on the maintenance team. They came out the day after Christmas to help with an emergency washing machine issue. They cleaned the filter, tested it and noticed it was malfunctioning and holding significant water. They decided the machine needed to be replaced, so they immediately brought a brand new one in, installed it and stayed to make sure it worked properly. Five star service from David and Roger!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Priscilla, the Community Relations Representative, and I cannot say enough about the level of care and support she provided. From the very beginning, Priscilla took the time to truly understand my situation, and her kindness and patience made all the difference during a difficult time. She went above and beyond to ensure that I felt heard, and she explained everything with clarity and compassion.
