Pros: dog friendly, helpful leasing office, lots of amenities, my one bedroom had a great layout and an even better view, maintenance was always super fast, and the nearby neighborhood was a lovely place to walk my dog, also right next to Ralph’s which was nice when I forgot something for dinner, and right next to a pet shop so my dog got lots of treats. Cons: the building is a bit of a maze and my parking spot was pretty far from my apartment so I had lots of walking to do, they replaced the old carpet with a weird floor that makes you dizzy if you look at it too long, and I had a few boxes of dog food get stolen because they weren’t in the package locker (they were taken the day they were delivered), and the dog park can be rather dirty (though I think this is from dog owners and not PDO)
