Elvia is amazing! We came here for a tour of the property and she was beyond welcoming. She’s friendly, sweet, honest and you can tell she actually cares. The property is clean and well maintained. The units are nice, spacious and come with plenty of storage space. The surrounding area is clean as well. The only reason we haven’t moved is because of the distance from our jobs.. but who knows, we might end up here in the future. All and all, this was the best touring experience we’ve ever had!

This apartment complex is terrific. Elvia, the building manager, as well Jose in maintenance and the rest of her staff are the best in the business. The complex is clean, the neighbors are friendly, it has great amenities like a pool, jacuzzi, and gym, is in a fantastic location around the block from the Glenoaks entrance to the 5 Freeway, and is right near downtown Burbank. I highly recommend Glenoaks Gardens – it is an incredible value for your money and has a wonderful staff led by Elvia.
