Mark helped me out a lot. I loved the building but I had A LOT of questions about the specific details. More than any other person I contacted, Mark responded so quickly with details about the apts and availability! I was impressed and I signed the lease today!! Thanks Mark and great job Essex!

My husband and I have lived here for about seven years, and have had a great experience. I specifically wanted to write this review to praise the maintenance team. Whenever we make a request for service, the situation is always resolved (very, very well) within 24 hours. Fernando and Carlos are really skilled at what they do. Plus, they are very nice guys. Also, I want to praise Daisy. She is a really nice lady who keeps the buildings so clean. I can only speak for the Windsor Court, where I live, and the Cochran building, where I workout. However, I am sure that Park Place and Marbella are in good shape too. She is assisted a couple of days during the week by Ingrid, who is also great. That's it. I just wanted to take a minute to show my appreciation for how well I think things are run at Essex.Thanks!
