He was prompt, professional, and ensured that everything was securely repaired. His attention to detail and dedication to quality work really stood out. Avalon is a great community to live in, if you want to stay in a quiet residential part of West Hollywood! While I have experienced some issues before (I really dislike how sensitive fire alarms are in the kitchen or how elevators frequently stop working), the staff has always been quick to respond! I have never felt not safe living here and really enjoy the fact that residents here are close like a family. I have made some great friendships and professional relationships over the past few years. I would 100% recommend living here!

Love this apartment complex and its amenities!
Only thing to watch out for it the lease agreement, if you want to terminate, there is a pretty hefty fee, like buy a new car hefty, so just beware or be sure. Apart from that— great place!
Rosa has been so great us and incredibly effective and accommodating.
Maggie is also such a gem, very helpful, and so efficient with her time and way of work—both huge assets to the place.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Avalon West Hollywood! The building is modern, well-maintained, and offers fantastic amenities. The location is great, and the community is friendly and welcoming.

I am eager to share my experience living in the Avalon complex, which has become not just a place of residence for us but a true home. Our family values quality and comfort, and here we found exactly what we were looking for.
I particularly want to highlight the gym, equipped with modern equipment that allows maintaining physical fitness without the need to leave the complex. This significantly saves time and makes the training process as comfortable and accessible as possible.
The pool deserves special words of gratitude. We spend a lot of time there with the family, enjoying quality rest and the opportunity to take a break from the daily hustle. The water is always clean, and the area around the pool is well-maintained and inviting for a pleasant time.
I must also mention Rosie, the manager, who was incredibly kind and always there to assist me whenever I sought help. Her friendliness and efficiency have made a significant difference in our living experience.
I can confidently recommend Avalon to friends and acquaintances searching for the ideal living space. Here, you will find not only comfort and security but also a friendly community.

I recently moved into a one bedroom here and I couldn't be happier. This place is AMAZING - from the apartment, to the amenities, to the area. I am super grateful to have found this place and the leasing team was so accommodating and wonderful with me. Jurixcy and May found the perfect apartment for me and made my move in so welcoming.
