I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so because of the amazing customer service I received from Brandon. I am renewing my lease at Aqua Marina and encountered a misunderstanding regarding my new lease agreement. Brandon from Community Relations personally called me to address my concerns. From the moment we spoke, he had a kind, knowledgeable, and professional demeanor. He patiently answered all my questions and went above and beyond to assist me. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brandon—he is truly a star and exceptional at what he does. Aqua Marina is lucky to have him, and he is an absolute pleasure to work with!
