Select from our studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartment homes for rent and choose a home that suits your lifestyle. Our residences are designed with sleek, sophisticated finishes and an open floor plan that invites functionality and flow. In each residence, you’ll find features such as wood-style flooring, stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, an in-home washer and dryer. Just outside your door, you’ll be surrounded by amenities working to create a next-level living experience. Cool off in our pool, relax in the spa, workout in the fitness center, or entertain guests at the barbecue and picnic area. We want to make sure your four-legged friend also feels at home, so we have an in-community dog park complete with an agility course. Beyond our grounds, discover all that Long Beach has to offer. Restaurants and many daily conveniences are just around the corner, and the beach is just beyond that. Neighboring Rosie’s Dog Beach is the only off-leash dog park in Los Angeles County. For commuting, the Metro Blue Line will take you to Downtown LA and Long Beach Transit will take you virtually anywhere else you need to go. I’m going to miss this place.. lived here for a year and I honestly would stay longer if I could but due to work and closer commute to my son’s school I have to relocate. Moved to another Essex Property though, hopefully the staff is as wonderful as the staff here. The staff, Kathleen at the office is great always took care of me, maintenance crew is great as well David, Jesse and everyone always helpful and always acknowledge you when they see you. Place is always cleaned and properly maintained. This place is a mixture of family, working adults and college kids. Quiet, mail package delivered to your door or for small USPS package at your mailbox. Never had stolen packages that’s also a plus. Thanks again Marbrissa! 🙏

Marbrisa is a pretty nice apartment, but what really makes it great are the employees that work here. The only time I ever write reviews is for service that goes above and beyond. No matter how big or small of a problem, Jesse (the onsite maintenance worker) is there to fix it. One day our stove stopped working and Jesse removed the whole unit and replaces it by himself within 15 minutes. He also said they he'll be back in a couple months to replace our AC filter to make sure that the air in our apartment stays clean. I'm asthmatic and that's a big deal for me. Jesse is always professional, thoughtful, and super polite. It's very comforting to know that we have someone like him around during our stay here.
