Located in Orange County, we provide Seal Beach with a few little extras, like refreshed furnished and unfurnished apartments with new hard surface flooring (in select homes), and newly renovated kitchens and baths with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hard surface flooring (in select homes). Our Furnished+ homes come outfitted with essential stylish furniture plus all utilities, including cable and WiFi, are included in your rent.

These apartments are perfectly fine, especially if you’re moving from out of state and not familiar with the area. There are plenty of amenities (pool, gym, outdoor gym, pickleball courts), the grounds are well kept, and the location is great. They arrange to have food trucks on site once or twice a week, which is nice. You’re also just a 10-15 minute walk to the beach or to Main Street. The apartments themselves are kind of dated and don’t have the finishes you might expect given the high rent: -The 1 bedroom layout is not ideal for 2 people since the bathroom sink area (with its bright lights) has no separation from the bedroom. -The bathroom with toilet and bath is uncomfortably cramped. -The apartment floors bubble up and the bathtub glazing also bubbles underfoot. -Air conditioning is only in the living room, not the bedroom, which was uncomfortable during the heat wave we had last month. -The window/sliding door glass is only single pane. -There are sufficient parking spaces, but the spaces are too narrow. -Maintenance is very good, though you probably already gathered that from other reviews. :-) -One word of caution: the lease break fee is quite high here. When I was previously considering moving out early, I was quoted a fee that was approximately 4 times my monthly rent.

The Saturday maintenance team, Efren, Juan, and Beto are the best! We can always rely on them when we run into an issue at home. We always have a good laugh and a smile when they come to visit. Very detail protected and they get the job done!
