My girlfriend and I have had the best service here at Avalon! Everyone who works here does a fantastic job, especially Sonny and Nethwan. They are always there when we need anything. They are kind, diligent, and respectful. We feel we can trust these people to be there if we need anything fixed, or if we just want to have a nice conversation. They connect with the tenants on a personal level.

I had to relocate a family of 5 with very short notice due to the family home having mold. The Leasing Office Team, especially Nethwan, were so helpful. Nethwan spent a lot of time with me because I am not tech-savvy and all the lease agreement and payment processes with Avalon are online. He was so patient. Once the family members were relocated to Avalon, Nethwan still jumped in when there were service issues that needed to be resolved.
