I lived in this complex for 15 months. The area is very walkable, there is a supermarket, banks, gym, FedEx/UPS/Post office all within walking distance. It is also about a 15 minute walk to the Grove. My apartment had great light, I couldn't hear my neighbors through the walls, there is laundry on every floor, and the cleaning staff is always around ensuring the building was maintained. The gym is small but it is clean, not crowded and has all the basic equipment you would need for a workout. The pool and courtyard area were also beautiful. Parking spots are a good size and not too tight which is a problem in my new place. I never needed maintenance for anything but manager Golly was readily available via email for any inquiries. The area in general is a little pricey but this complex by far gives you more bang for your buck with the amenities and size of the individual units. Unfortunately I needed a 3 bedroom so I had to move. If my situation changes and I can go back to Masselin Park West, I will.
