It was an absolute pleasure staying at Magnolia Terrace. Lived here for 2 years. Great experience overall! Great location (close to Ventura Blvd.), friendly neighbors, and maintenance was very on top of it when it came to getting things fixed. LOVED our apartment, and loved our property manager even more! He was such a pleasure to be around. It was always nice to see a friendly face when going through the lobby. A quick hello would turn into a 30 min conversation sometimes! He's very informative and incredibly professional. Highly recommend. My peers enjoyed coming over and I always received compliments on the unit I lived in. Thumbs up all the way!
