Lived there for 2 years and it used to be great until the new property manager arrived. The lack of communication and responses has been ridiculous. She is literally NEVER on the property when she is supposed to, never answers calls, never answers emails. Took almost 2 months to return my security deposit (which goes against CA law).

12/31 After 4 months, they've scheduled an inspection of our balconies on New Years Eve?!? THAT is how this landlord lacks respect for their clients. I plan to move as soon as s possible. 11/21/2024 UPDATE As of today, we finally have the front gate working again. That took weeks to fix which in other complexes would only take days. We HAD two new washers replaced, but one is now not working again. AND, the prices went up for both the washers/dryers even thought they only replaced two washers. (The price for drying doubled.) As of today, the laundry card machine that allows us to load money and actually do our laundry is not working. This is the week before Thanksgiving when most of us need to do laundry before any trips, and the office has no solution for us. Since Aug, and it's now late Nov, we STILL have had no attempted repairs to our balconies so we're still not supposed to use them (even though we're paying for that space). I'll be honest. If anyone is considering moving here, at these prices, consider somewhere else. We only have a manager onsite 3 days/wk for a 44 unit complex so nothing gets accomplished. As soon as I can find somewhere else to move, I'm done with this place. -------------------------------------------------------------- I've lived here for over 3 yrs, and it's been a great apartment. Lately, things have gone downhill so for now, I would not recommend this complex. Once things change, I'll update my review. We've had a washing machine not working for months, we were just told the intercom doesn't work, and yesterday I was told my balcony is not safe so I shouldn't use it until it's repaired. If rent prices were lower, I'd be looking to move. UPDATE: management has now reinterpreted a line in our lease so having plants on our balconies is no longer allowed. Any sense of community we once had here is gone. Very sad.
