Moving here has been the best decision I’ve made! The building is brand new and all the amenities are absolutely great! From the very beginning I’ve worked with Andrew who has been a treasure! He has been the kindest/sweetest person and is so welcoming. He took his time to answer all my questions from the very beginning and made sure that I had all my answers.
Special shout-out to Kimberly and Briana as well who were there to answer my questions/concerns on my move in day and even til this day, whenever I see any of them 3 they always make sure that everything is good! They really take their time and truly care about helping you with anything that may come up!
I highly recommend to anyone who’s looking to book a tour and speak with our amazing leasing staff because you will not regret it at all!

What an incredible community! From the moment I stepped in for a tour, Kimberly and the entire team made such a positive impression. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make me feel at ease.
The building itself is stunning, with amenities that are absolutely top-tier. Touring the fitness center, lounge areas, and co-working spaces, I could immediately see how thoughtfully everything was designed to create a seamless living experience. It feels like a place where you could live, work, and unwind all without needing to leave the building—perfect for anyone with a remote lifestyle or someone who values convenience.

I recently moved in to my brand new apartment and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far.
The staff here is amazing! From the front desk team to the maintenance crew, everyone is so friendly and genuinely eager to help. They go above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcomed and taken care of.
I can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a modern, luxurious apartment in Los Angels with a supportive and friendly staff and incredible amenities, this is the place to be!

When I started looking for an apartment, I didn’t expect to find the perfect spot so quickly. The first building I toured was SageLA, and I was sold—thanks to Brianna. She showed me all the incredible amenities (there are a lot) and made sure I got a full picture of what living here would be like. I was worried it was all for show, but Brianna stayed just as attentive throughout the entire application process and went above and beyond to help.
I’ve been living here for two months now, and the experience has been just as great. The leasing office team is so friendly, constantly communicating with tenants and really putting effort into creating a sense of community. Susan, the assistant manager, is amazing—she’s on top of any issues that come up and makes sure everything runs smoothly.
If you’re looking for a new place, definitely check out SageLA. And when you schedule a tour, ask for Brianna—just wear your walking shoes because she’ll make sure you see everything the building has to offer. Couldn’t be happier with my decision!

Hello, I recently moved in and wanted to pass on my thoughts. firstly, the application process was straightforward and quick. Andrew M. and his team were fantastic and very professional. The building is quite impressive with what they offer in terms of amenities. My only concern is dog waste not being cleaned up! I hope they hold dog owners accountable and not let them ruin the property......

I love living here! Andrew, Paula helped with my application with my 1099 paper work, They went out of their way after getting all my info to them for the application process and I finally got approved, it took a bit because I am self employed, I got my keys on Halloween. Susan, Kimberly and Michael are very nice and helpful, and maintenance is great too & Friendly neighbors. I almost gave up applying here because so much paper work to submit but it was worth it. I love the Amenities! 2 pools, a movie theater, game room, offices, 2 story gym, and more,. It has everything! Thank you guys very much to the office team especially Andrew he very much helped me a lot! I would for sure check this place out and rent here! It's brand new and I am first to move into my apartment. Thank you!
