Fixed the garbage disposal quickly and another issue with the front door. Took 2 business days after I submitted the maintenance repair request, for it to get resolved.

Just moved in to a 2 bedroom at Catalina. Love the view and quietness of the apartment. Live near back of building and overlooking Carpenter School. Any repairs were immediately addressed by Rafael and maintenance. Everyone seems to have dogs including me! Very dog friendly park in the back of the apartment complex.
