Edgar from the leasing office was very helpful and accommodating. the apartments are nice and clean and fully equipped. maintenance requests get solved very fast. the pool is gorgeous although I only use the hottubs (there are 3). ever tuesday a food truck comes over. the parking security cameras should be more hands on since some residents are sketch (tried breaking into my car with a tiktok video guide). but that cant be helped. the campus is also gorgeous with a nice dog park. my cat likes hanging out outside and saying hello to passing neighbors. overall I had very enjoyable experience staying here 2023-2025

Its quite obvious management has changed at the Alessio because the employees I've spoken to have been amazing. Fabian assisted me with my move out and was extremely friendly. He answered all the questions I had, and was simply pleasant to speak with. Prior to my move out Francisco head of maintenance came and inspect my unit, and really made it so simple and easy. These two really helped and made my move out go very smooth. I look forward to continue to speak with these wonderful staff members.
