I think the best thing about living here is the neighborhood. There are definitely great aspects about this building, particularly the updated units. I will say that if I had to pick again, I would honestly not live here. It is not worth the price tag. There are neighbors above and below that have quite noisy and obnoxious parties almost every weekend. There are several instances of package theft. The jacuzzi is filled with human hair and is not chlorinated or cleaned regularly. The gym is ill-equipped and does not permit access to residents. I would like to ask the question of what exactly I am paying 4000+ /mo? Mind you, the front facing units are occupied by renters who pay 1400-2000/mo for 2bd/2ba (rent control). As the math works out, the rest of us are essentially subsidizing these tenants via exorbitant prices. The management improved over the past few months in that they are more responsive for minor service requests, rather timely even. I will say that the units are incredibly overpriced for what you get. I am moving to a nicer more updated building in the same neighborhood with package security, working jacuzzi and pool, along with a gym that is clean and well maintained. I will certainly not look back. Save yourself the $, time, and trouble.

Lived here for several years, management is kind but the building and surrounding area is growing increasingly unsafe: one apartment was broken into, the garage consistently has strangers roaming around, several thefts have occurred and management has not installed cameras or any security because "it rarely happens." While the apartments are nice the security, or lack thereof, makes living in a high crime area untenable.
