Racially profiled by property management …… everything was perfect until I took the tour then suddenly the apartment I was looking at someone was doing an in unit transfer to it . I had a friend go inquire about same apartment yet they say it’s available ……. I was asked for so many income

The Rhys & their leasing partners Canfield development is a scam of a company and also has racist people working in their leasing offices. Ethan, Kaila and Yoana all work together in keeping out the black community from their properties. After weeks of being given a run around, requesting IRS documents (for an apartment cmon people!) and our application being “processing” we were told the unit was unavailable due to an internal transfer. Now a week later, Ethan is still showing the unit to inquiring people? With having excellent credit, income 3x more than the rent & IRS documents to back it up - they simply had no reason to deny the application and created a lie in which Ethan, Kaila and Yoana we’re all in on. PATHETIC

By far the worst apartment I've ever had the displeasure of living in. The property management literally doublecharged me on rent and said nothing, hoping I just wouldn't notice. Thousands of dollars worth of packages stolen because of their nonexistent security. Walls/ceilings/floors are literally paper thin; you'll hear your upstairs neighbors walking and you'll likewise infuriate your neighbors below. And the amenities, as nice as they sound, are not maintained at all. This is literally a Temu version of a luxury apartment building. Don't be fooled!

I had been a tenant since it started to rent. This apartment has lots of worst things.
First, the management is the worst. They came to my suite after 12am for giving a notice for the matter I am not doing at all, such as smoking and making a noise. I was in sleep.
Second, the drain pipe of air-conditioning is just above the shower bath. You will take dirty yellow water drops of HVAC everytime you shower if you turned on the AC.
Third, no security on premise. You have to wake at least several hours if you want an immediate help.
Fourth, no property manager on site. You have to make an appointment at least several days before you want to see her. She is on site only for an initial contract.
