Also within a short distance are Paseo Colorado – an outdoor mall with restaurants, theaters, and shopping, Old Town Pasadena, California Institute of Technology (CalTech), Huntington Gardens, Pasadena City College, the Rose Bowl, Farmers Markets, and Community Centers. Easy Freeway access to the 210 and 134.

I love living at Franklin House. The fact that it's a friendly, quiet, and affordable community in the heart of Pasadena with nearly everything you need within walking distance is unbeatable. They also just finished with a good deal of upgrades to the property. They repainted the building which looks great. Not to mention the new pool furniture and common area tables/chairs.They also put in a new fitness room which saves me $30/month at the gym! It really gives the place a feeling like it's brand new.

I lived in this place for a little over 4 years. It was a good place. The only thing was when I turned my water on, it was a bronze color. After it running for a minute it would turn clear. Other than that the place was well kept and was close to downtown. It was slightly expensive for a one bedroom of that size, but I guess its due to location. They fixed things in a reasonable amount of time and always returned my calls. I even got most of my deposit back after I left. I chose this place after having to find something in a short amount of time. Ended up being not too bad
