This is probably the best building I have truly ever lived in in all of Los Angeles. The prime location and affordable cost is one thing, but the management and security makes a world of difference. I cant say enough great things about Christian and Marissa, and our lovely security guard Robert. They are the best and make living here feel so safe and such a pleasure. What a gem it is to be here. So happy i found this spot!

I don’t often leave reviews after housing tours, but I must say I was VERY impressed with Packard Lofts!! Christian guided me through what might just be cleanest building in DTLA. He was very personable and answered all my questions with such a welcoming ease that instantly made me feel so at home. The building is clearly well-maintained and offers so much in a very central location. I sincerely look forward to moving here in the future.
