Pros Nice, renovated, remodeled interiors of the units, with brand new appliances. The general neighborhood is nice, conveniently close to the gold line station, restaurants, shops, and freeways. Cons Noisy, Noisy, Noisy! The building court yard has an echo affect due to it's design, so every sound is amplified. The real problem is that they have allowed occupants with small dogs. When one dog starts barking, they all start barking and it sounds like you are literally inside a dog pound. Because of this dog issue, at times you can't hear the TV or have a phone conversation inside your apartment without being overwhelmed by dogs barking. If you are seeking a peaceful and quiet place, this apartment complex may not be for you.

I’ve had a really disappointing experience living here. The walls are so thin that you can hear neighbors talking clearly, which makes it impossible to get any peace and quiet. On top of that, communication with management is terrible—they don’t respond for weeks, making it frustrating when you need something addressed. While the apartments are remodeled, it didn’t take long for problems to show up. After just a month, the floors started to shift and move in opposite directions, which seems like a serious issue. If you’re on the first floor, it feels like an earthquake whenever someone walks upstairs—it’s that bad. The building used to be much better when the manager lived here. Now, people move in and out constantly, which is unusual for this area. Overall, the quality has gone downhill fast, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
