I want to take a moment to appreciate the amazing maintenance team at the complex, especially Erwin and Jose. Whenever we've had an issue, big or small, they’ve been incredibly responsive and quick to resolve it. Erwin is always professional, friendly, and detail-oriented—he even came in the middle of the night to fix an emergency issue with the bathroom. That kind of dedication truly means a lot. Jose is just as wonderful; he’s a genuinely caring person who takes great pride in his work. You can tell he puts his heart into everything he does, ensuring things are done right and that residents are happy. We’re lucky to have such hardworking and dependable people here!

I had the pleasure of being a resident at Avalon Burbank for over a year and I cannot speak highly enough about the incredible service provided by Jose from the maintenance team. Throughout my stay, I submitted several maintenance requests and Jose consistently went above and beyond to address them promptly and efficiently. Not only that he’s highly skilled but his professionalism, kindness and attention to detail truly set him apart. Whether it was a minor fix or a more complicated issue, Jose approached every task with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence. Jose’s dedication to ensuring residents feel comfortable and taken care of is crucial to the high standards at Avalon Burbank. “Thank you Jose for all the work you do!”
