I want to take a moment to appreciate the amazing maintenance team at the complex, especially Erwin and Jose. Whenever we've had an issue, big or small, they’ve been incredibly responsive and quick to resolve it. Erwin is always professional, friendly, and detail-oriented—he even came in the middle of the night to fix an emergency issue with the bathroom. That kind of dedication truly means a lot. Jose is just as wonderful; he’s a genuinely caring person who takes great pride in his work. You can tell he puts his heart into everything he does, ensuring things are done right and that residents are happy. We’re lucky to have such hardworking and dependable people here!

My family and I lost our house due to the Eaton Fire. Like many others, we lost everything. While we were displaced, trying to piece back our lives, we came across the reality that we needed to find a long-term home to stay. As you can imagine, we were not looking forward to this process.
In doing our housing search, we were fortunate enough to learned about the Avalon Burbank. From my first call with them, it was an amazing experience. After going through our walkthrough, we were more impressed on how amazing their Leasing team is, how wonderful the complex was maintained, and how nice the units were. Our Lease representative, Jennifer, was amazing at working with us to get us all moved in all within a week. We are grateful to her and her team for being there for us during this difficult time. We had a clogged sink that was causing quite a mess, but Benjamin came to the rescue! He provided exceptional service, was highly professional, and worked efficiently to unclog the sink in no time. He not only fixed the issue but also shared helpful tips to prevent future clogs. His friendly attitude and expertise truly made the experience stress-free. The property manager, Jose Nisttahuz is an incredibly pleasant and professional person. Any maintenance or repairs were always done on time, and the entire process of living there was smooth and enjoyable. The apartment itself was well-maintained and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant rental experience!”
This is my second time at Avalon Burbank, for a total of 4 years between them. 10 years later the quality and amenities didn’t change. Upon move in I was thrilled to see Jose and a few other of the maintenance team still here. Jose is reason alone to move here! As with any apartment or home, things break. But here, Jose and team are quick to respond and to fix things right. They don’t just fix things, but take into consideration safety of my child - like when my sliding closet doors were coming off the tracks in my daughters room. I’m moving back into my house end of the year and I’ll miss having him around as much as the amazing amenities of Avalon. The pool / outdoor area is unmatchable in the valley. As is the maintenance team and great spacious apartments.
Simply the best!
