Look elsewhere - you can do much better. As of 2019, I've moved out after living here for several years. The management and maintenance has declined substantially over time. The pool has leaked for years, and there are visible holes in roof areas, broken skylights, etc. yet they put over $40k into landscaping out front. They do not repair things promptly if at all - even serious problems such as leaks. (I had a large visible hole outside my apartment in the wall with a metal clamp stopping a leak for nearly two years.) When I moved out, my deposits which I knew were not correct were never fixed despite countless promises they would be. The corporate office (Anchor Pacifica) is not at all customer focused so no help at all. As a result I lost several hundred dollars. If you want to be treated with respect and live in a safe, well maintained place, don't lease here.
