I find the building more suitable for Bucharest or Berlin. With that said, it was a rather daring decision to juxtapose such architecture in a neighborhood where it clearly does not fit (yet). I imagine there is a Mies fan somewhere in the developer's office, and to them I tip my hat for the disciplined use of glass and metal. A more dynamic roof system could have helped make the building an icon, but it survives well without it.

Very fancy apartment. Reasonable prices. Regular cleaning service for the common areas. Easy to request maintenance and it is done within 3 days. Kaila isn't always on site (I've heard she works in other apartment buildings as well), but she's very responsive when I call or text her.

Beautiful building and the units are the best 1 and 2 bedromms that i've seen in all Downtown and maybe all of LA!
I just signed a lease and got Downtown LA location without the Downtown prices. Excited!!

Amazing building! The city views, fitness center and outdoor spaces are great and the apartments are very fancy. I have not seen anything like it in this price range in downtown.
