Our stay at Franklin Place was great! Nicole, who is the building manager is amazing and super accommodating! All maintenance requests taken care promptly and you'd be hard pressed to find such a space in the middle of Hollywood at that budget!!

The building Manager is amazing and will be your main point of contact for anything you need onsite. Nicole goes above and beyond with her level of customer service. This is hardly an accomodation you will get anywhere else as you should. Thank you Moss and Co. for making my stay here amazing.
