The maintenance team here is one of the best I've ever experienced. They are super fast and responsive whenever I have to call. Ricardo Rivera came to fix my garbage disposal today and provided excellent service and was able to solve my issue within a matter of minutes!

Very diligent, thoughtful, and hardworking maintenance! Ricardo Rivera came today to fix a couple issues, and he restored everything back into perfect function. I was doing some work in the other room and he was courteous and respectful, always knocked on door when he left and came back into apartment. Didn’t make much noise. And once he was done he gave a big smile and fist bump haha. I’ve called maintenance for other things and they are always quickly responsive and do a complete job. Thank you! For this team. Keep it up!
