The apartment complex is always very well-maintained and clean thanks to the wonderful Gabriela Morales. She’s very friendly, professional, and attentive to all matters concerning the cleanliness of the apartment complex. She’s great!

My roommate and I have been living here for 6 months now, and I couldn’t be happier about this decision. The quality of life is great here, all our neighbors are super respectful and quiet, the walls seem to not be paper thin like most apartment complexes in LA so noise and privacy are seldom an issue. But most importantly, this building does not function without its unsung hero Sederick Campbell. For any single maintenance issue we’ve had from day one, Sederick has arrived at our door with a smile on his face, ready to find a solution for any problem that comes his way. Whenever I see him around, Sederick checks in on how things are and continues to be so friendly and welcoming. Gabriela also does an incredible job of keeping our facilities very clean and is always super friendly as well. Management is not always as responsive as I’d expect from the level of building this is, but overall I don’t think I’d want to live anywhere else for the near future.
