Due to the complex being closed in and not having good ventilation there tends to be a problem with unpleasant smells from trash to a variety smoke scents. Sometimes it can be pretty strong. So I purchased with my own money plug -in’s to put outside my door in the hallway. I had never had problems with anyone messing with it and would replace it when empty. This last time I notice 2 days ago that it was gone. Therefore I will not be buying another one for someone to take. But nevertheless the problem of the bad smell remains. A suggestion. Air freshers should be placed on the walls on each floor to keep the building smelling fresh and clean ,not just for the clients but for those who visit. It’s terrible to walk into a building that smells like garbage or other types of smoke 💨. Such a horrible smell. Thanks Update: August 2023: We have the air fresheners on the wall but it does no good if it isn’t refilled. The parking structure is always filled with furnishings & other junk . Sometimes it’s hard getting in and out the door! The trash bin is taken and sometimes not returned until the next day. What are we suppose to do with the trash? It’s not kept clean at all down there . Sanitation & security is very important . I had a flood back in 12/2021. After everything was completed I reported some damage on my patio. They were to come and redo the patio ground. They finally replaced some of the fencing (2023) but never returned to repaint that either. Here it is 8 months in this year 2023 over a year in a half now…It shouldn’t have taken this long to taken care of this! Sept 2024- I just needed a battery replaced for the smoke detector. He provided a new one. It was simple. Still waiting for my patio to be completed. ( see above) I would like the outside of where I live to look pleasant. Now that we had more workers on my patio working on the other tenants patio they made more of a mess on my patio ground.

My tour of the unit was pleasant, however, I left multiple messages to follow up with some additional questions I had and my calls were never returned. I ultimately ended up renting elsewhere just down the street.
