I love at water apartments. Vanessa the manager is Amazing ! She cares about everyone & does her job well! She’s very understanding. I feel safe and comfortable here. I haven’t had no problems. My nephews come visit me everyday and they love playing outside. I just wish there was a park here but there’s a lot of space & shade in front my apartment too play and other kids. The AC does go off here in there but they get it fixed ASAP. I wish there was visitor parking tho because my visitors have to park across the street then walk over to my building in the back. Other than that I plan on being here for awhile.

This apartment complex has been the most invasive to our neighborhood and community. We do not look forward to the population it will bring being luxury apts. They allowed their construction workers to wake our community with workers working at 2am. We are sick of your loud and unwanted interventions. When are you going to be done and gone? Why do we have to suffer. No one wants your apt complex. They will be empty in a yr anyways; what a waste.

It’s such a great location and so close to a bunch of restaurants and activities if you like being outside. I have enjoyed living in this apartment complex and despite some hiccups throughout my lease term, the management was willing to talk through it and come up with a solution that worked best for me. Also, maintenance guys are pretty quick on fixing things. Overall it’s a nice place to live in, and quiet most of the time. Living at Urban Connected luxury apartments was amazing. Especially having Jack in the office from Calcap. He was understanding and nice and friendly. Him and his boss Andrea are really great landlords. The best thing I liked about urban connected was that all utilities were included in rent. So we didn't have to Hassel around with where to pay for electricity and water&sewer. I literally miss this place, but I highly recommend staying here. They have a pool and a clubhouse that has a gym and their own little laundromat and a grilling area. It's a great place, and neighbors are friendly within the complex. Also the apartment does have a gate. So kids are able to play with in the complex.
