The location is central to many great shops, restaurants, a grocery store and bars. It is just a few blocks to GG park and UCSF, and merely steps to the N Judah line. This unit comes with a small storage closet. There is no laundry in the building, but the laundromat is a block away. No parking available and pets will not be considered. This is a rent controlled unit and the lease terms are 12 months. Owner pays water and garbage.
