Amazing Location: - On Sacramento and Buchanan, one block from Lafayette Park - 2 blocks from Fillmore which has shops, bars, coffee shops, restaurants - 3 blocks from Mollie Stones, 4 blocks from Whole Foods - 10 min walk to Union Large Apartment: - North/east corner, sunny penthouse apartment of a 5 floor Edwardian building (w/ elevator) - Completely renovated with all new appliances, including Bertazzoni stove - Oak wood floors throughout Building: - Coin washer/dryer in building - Private and locked storage unit Roommate (you): - Mid to late 20s/early 30s - Considerate, responsible, mature, friendly - No live-in significant others - No smokers, no drugs - No animals - Neat and tidy, keeping communal areas very clean (i.e. showers, floors, kitchen) - Financially responsible, good credit etc. - This is a quiet neighborhood, so while having small get-togethers is fine once in awhile, I'd prefer socializing happens outside the apartment Me: 30 year old female originally from DC. I work in FiDi and my hours are typically 9am-7pm. During the week, I'm very mellow. Usually go to Equinox/SoulCycle after work and then relax at home watching TV/reading. Once or twice a week, I'll grab dinner with friends. In bed by 10/11pm. On the weekends, I usually make dinner plans. During the day, I enjoy spending time outdoors and exploring the city. I don't drink but don't mind if my roommate does so long as he/she does not bring the party back to the apartment.
