It was an absolute pleasure and a refreshing experience to have lived in this building. As someone that deals with noise in my professional life everyday, nothing compares to coming home late at night and experiencing the complete silence of my apartment while staring mindlessly at the financial district skyline. I loved the location. Right next to Hayes valley and in between two muni stops and a bart station. I went as far as selling my car: didn't need it! If you're looking for a modern, quiet and clean experience, stop your search, talk to Adnan and Tanya at the leasing office, and get that city life in! Leased from 8.23 - 8.24

Stayed here for over 2 years. Very friendly and professional staff, convenient location right between Hayes Valley and Civic Center, terrific views from the rooftop, modern units, 24/7 security, very secure garage and package lockers, and overall great value. Highly recommend living in this building!
