Loved living at Rasa! We lived here for four years, 2020-2024. Great amenities (on-site gym, rooftop deck, work space, party room, en suite washer dryer, dishwasher... basically everything I could ever want!), but much more importantly, really nice light-filled apartment, with great views. Really convenient, comfortable, modern living. Management was very responsive.

I moved into Rasa apartments April 2022 and from day one it has been a great experience. They were very easy to communicate with, very upfront with what was needed, and made sure my transition into the building was quick and easy. The complex’s amenities are very useful and easy to access. Nice weight room that is really private and safe. Office room where you can print and have a quiet place to work. A movie room, and the roof top with an amazing view which is probably my favorite. The building itself is very clean and well taken care of. The leasing office was always very polite and helpful when needed. Whenever I had an issue with anything in my apartment they made sure it was taken care of as fast as possible. Would definitely recommend!
