1055 Jamestown near 3rd St with parking Close to 101 & Brisbane with pano views of East Bay Hills This well kept house on the edge of Hunter's Point features 2 bedroom good light and hardwood floors. There is a huge well lit living room with hardwood floors which opens onto a dining area and alcove kitchen with lots of counter and cabinet space. The is a surprisingly nice view from these rooms of the East Bay Hills. The kitchen has a nice gas stove, lots of tiled counter and wood cabinet space as well as large side by side frig. TRANSIT : 3rd street rail, less than two blocks away crosses the freeway to Sunnyside as well as connects to Market Street providing easy downtown, BART and CALTrain access. This street car offers easy access to both Ball Arenas, Mission Bay and the downtown. Great location for easy, effortless access to 101 or 280. NEIGHBORHOOD There are two nearby parks, Gilman Playground and Bayview Park. Hunter's Point neighborhood is fast improving are the other nearby neighborhoods of Little Hollywood, Candlestick, Bayview. Brisbane is also quite close. Best nearby restaurants are located on San Bruno & Cortland Avenues. The nearby main commercial 3rd street continues to become more vibrant with many new businesses. It is a one year lease.
