Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located apartment, offering 520 sq ft of comfortable living space. Pets, including dogs, are permitted at the property only with permission. Certain types of pets, such as monkeys, ferrets, snakes, rabbits, livestock, reptiles, and certain dogs, are not allowed. Restricted dog breeds include some Terriers, American Bull Dog, Tosa Inus, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Presa Canarios, Fila Brasileiros, Argentine Dogos, Akitas, Doberman Pinscher, Alaskan Malamute, Bull Mastiff, Wolf Hybrids, and any dog over fifty pounds. A non-refundable pet charge or increased deposit and a monthly charge are required. Pets with a history of biting are not permitted. You assume full responsibility for personal injuries or property damage caused by the pet. No more than two pets are allowed per unit. Pets must be restrained during maintenance service calls and must be on a leash at all times when outside the unit. Pets are not allowed in common areas except to enter or exit the building. Residents with balconies must not leave pets on the balcony for extended periods. Patios should be kept clean of pet waste, and pet food should not be left outside for long periods. If a dog's barking becomes a constant issue, the tenant will be asked to mitigate the disturbance or face possible eviction. A fine will be charged for not picking up after dogs. Please note that a refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required and must be paid directly to the partner after the booking is confirmed.
