The apartment complexes look well maintained. People here are friendly too. since I just moved in, I need to get more familiar with the facilities at Palmilla. I did see people swimming in the pool and the pool area is very clean. There are also BBQ grills for the community. Inside the apartment, kitchen appliances look pretty good. A/C works very well. I am very happy with my decision to live here.
