I wanted to share that Clarissa was very helpful and went out of her way to answer all my questions regarding my Montanosa lease, move-in, and parking. She responded very quickly to all of my texts And provided a lot of information. I truly appreciate all of her help. I'd also like to recognize Claudia who set up the tours to view apartments. She is very sweet and I do appreciate the time To answer questions as well.

My wife and I just moved into the complex late June from NYC. It’s been a great adjustment with Montanosa Apartments. What I’ve admired the most since moving in is the on-site staff who support with Maintenance. I’ve lived in a lot of places but this place does a great job with addressing your issues and resolving them ASAP. We were lucky enough to get Andrew Valles to check in on us with some support tickets. He came in, communicated what he needed to do, set a timeline, and most importantly he followed up and checked with us to make sure were happy with our service which we are. If I could I’d give Andrew 10 stars, he’s fantastic.
