I recently moved into Canyon Ridge Apartments, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The team here is fantastic – always friendly, responsive, and professional. Cristian and Charles, who handle maintenance and repairs, are incredibly friendly and always checking in to see if you need help. A special thanks to Michelle, the community manager, for the warm welcome. The community is well-maintained and has a great atmosphere. Highly recommend Canyon Ridge Apartments to anyone looking for a new home!

During my time at Canyon Ridge, the team was responsive and helpful. Special shout out to the maintenance team. Christian and Charles, have always been friendly and in good spirits. They took care of any issues I had relatively quickly, and made sure any concerns were addressed. Michelle M. was also so patient when I was trying to figure out the right lease and details for what I was looking for - like, seriously, patient (as I went back and forth on my move-in date). The parking spots are a little tight, but you just have to be careful. Super cool to share the (HUGE) pool and hot tub with Coral Bay, without having to live in that community.
