Just finished moving into my new apartment. Move-in requirements were outlined exceptionally. We felt very prepared for our move-in. The unit was in excellent condition and was well maintained. I have lived at Ridgewood, a little over a month. So far it’s been great! Levi has been very helpful, informative and patient, taking my numerous phone calls before my transition to my actual move. Brian has also been great and helpful and stepping in when Levi couldn’t. The maintenance team has provided great service in a timely manner. The neighborhood I live in is very nice and quiet. This is my first time living in an apartment and I couldn’t be more happier with my decision!

Chris, Aria, and Garry have shown ultimate courtesy, kindness, and professionalism in repairing and/or replacing several maintenance issues in my home including a new water heater and washer, a plugged and cracked sink, and a leaky patio roof. They leave the work area clean, tidy, and just as they found it, while expertly correcting and completing each job efficiently and effectively. Bravo team!

I absolutely loved living here. The walls were very thick between units, so you never heard your neighbors.
If you are on the bottom floor, you will hear noise in the unit above you, so if this bothers you, make sure you get a 2nd floor unit.
This place was a quiet, laid back, and friendly community. I made many friends here and I will really miss these people.
The leasing/property management staff, are incredible. They are extremely responsive, friendly, and understanding. They will always do their best to accommodate everyone in the community.
If I ever find myself back in San Diego, I would not hesitate to move back to Ridgewood Village.

This is my 2nd time moving to this neighborhood. Jackie and Levi in the office were so accommodating in helping my wife and I make sure we had everything we needed to get settled in. They both reaffirmed my decision that it was a good idea to move back here. The employees and tenants are great and the location is as well.

Both Levi and Veselka were so helpful while trying to figure out the best unit for me. When I moved in, Levi was quick and attentive in making sure my door lock worked correctly. Lots of beautiful trees everywhere!

Moving from the Bay area round about a year ago with my wife and 2 kids into Ridgewood apartments has been the best moving decision apart from coming down south to San Diego!
The management is amazing, super responsive very VERY helpful very engaging. My family and I have felt at home since the day we got here. A multi diverse community with families living around. Very quiet and safe with kids around. The maintenance team does a superb job at getting stuff done. I’ve had the same response time to get a single or 8 individual maintenance request completed at the same time (very quick). They have an experienced maintenance team. Brian the building manager is the best. Responding to emails to calls even on the weekends, he’s amazing.
If you’re moving to San Diego and want to live in one of the best neighborhoods for raising a family, Rancho Bernardo, and live in a peaceful, safe, stress free and family environment, Ridgewood is the best choice you can make!

The maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. They have an answer to all of my questions and go Soto’s their way to make sure we are safe and comfortable. Chris and Ari have been helpful with me moving into my new place. Gary did a great job with helping keep my family safe and comfortable.
