I really love the one bedroom we're renting here at Carmel Summit. Balcony is spacious and I love having a garage that comes with the unit. Maintenance has been doing a great job handling any issues we've had. Nestor recently helped us with our faucet and his service was outstanding. The front office is also prompt with regard to message responses. Thank you so much.
