So happy Julie Brown is here. She’s an absolute joy and the property is so much better maintained. Julie worked at my Fiancés property and I had the pleasure of meeting her. Since being here she repainted all the curbs and is always so lovely. My fiancée complex was so well taken care of. Julie is the best! When I dogsat for my Fiancé she always was helpful.

I really love the one bedroom we're renting here at Carmel Summit. Balcony is spacious and I love having a garage that comes with the unit. Maintenance has been doing a great job handling any issues we've had. Nestor recently helped us with our faucet and his service was outstanding. The front office is also prompt with regard to message responses. Thank you so much.
