We are very appreciative of the Carmel Creek maintenance team! We had a minor maintenance emergency at our new apt. unit (not at the fault of Carmel Creek but an external vendor) and Jorge Gomez fixed the problem the same day and set everything up for the repairs. We also had a garbage disposal issue and Jorge was able to help us out the eve before the Thanksgiving holiday which we are so appreciative! He really advocates for the tenants and has a positive attitude. Additionally we appreciate all of Rene's help with assessing the situation and trying to advocate on our behalf to have the repairs completed as soon as possible around the holiday weekend. Hector has also been very friendly and helpful during the years that we have lived here. :-) While there are many positives to the Carmel Creek Apartment Complex, the maintenance & custodial team are by far simply the best!!

Jose Guerrero did an exceptional job fixing my shower. Not only was he professional, efficient, and meticulous in his work, but he also had a great attitude and positive energy. He takes real pride in what he does, and it shows. Jose is a rare find, and management should seriously consider promoting him to a leadership role. He’s exactly the kind of person who makes this place better!
