The space stays comfortable year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning. Have kids? This property is under 2 minute walk to the local elementary school with field and playground. Even more convenience: a 4 minute walk to large grocery store (Vons), 7-11, Starbucks, CVS, and 8 restaurants serving every cuisine you can imagine. It is about one mile to world famous Torrey Pines Nature Preserve, Beach, & Golf Course. You can also walk to the Del Mar Fairgrounds through a nature preserve (about a 40 min walk) to the horse races and state fair. Stop at the Viewpoint Bar in either direction (see pics). Save on parking. The location offers quick access to the freeway taking you to Carlsbad, Encinitas, La Jolla and other coastal and beach communities. There is absolutely no better location to be no matter your reason for visiting or living in the San Diego area.
