Even more convenience: a 4 minute walk to large grocery store (Vons), 7-11, Starbucks, CVS, and 8 restaurants serving every cuisine you can imagine. It is about one mile to world famous Torrey Pines Nature Preserve, Beach, & Golf Course. You can also walk to the Del Mar Fairgrounds through a nature preserve (about a 40 min walk) to the horse races and state fair. Stop at the Viewpoint Bar in either direction (see pics). Save on parking. The location offers quick access to the freeway taking you to Carlsbad, Encinitas, La Jolla and other coastal and beach communities.
