I have had an amazing experience with the entire team here at Livia. On every front they’re attentive, helpful, and super friendly. Everything is so well kept. You can expect to see all of the common areas spotless and ready to be used. The maintenance team is on top of everything constantly. The front office staff is always ready to help as well. They really make me feel at home here. It’s been lovely living here so far and I am confident that they will continue to exceed expectations.

I have been living at Livia for about 2 weeks now and have absolutely loved it. My husband and I moved from across the country without touring the apartment, so we were anxious to move in when the day came. Kim and Maritza were SUCH a big help when it came to everything regarding the move, and they were very responsive with the *millions* of questions I had! They made the nerve-racking move seamless. The maintenance team has been excellent, the amenities are gorgeous, and the apartment itself is exactly as the photos are on the website. It also smells so good everywhere, which is a bonus! When choosing where to move I relied heavily on Google reviews, and Livia has such a high rating for a reason. I’m so happy with our decision to live here!
