The maintenance team at Allure is amazing. We had a water heater which was at the end of its life. The emergency work order process was great. Communication and turnaround was great. They reset the water heater to maintain hot water until a new water heater was installed. The contractor plumbing team they used was very professional as well. The hydronic HVAC system was affected by the water heater install but it was quickly flushed out by the maintenance team. Kudos to the maintenance team and the entire work order process!

More great service from Javier and the maintenance team. I put in a request to address the rusting toilet tank bolts. Javier not only came out to replace the bolts but went ahead and made a whole preventive maintenance work. The rest of the toilet mechanisms were replaced and should be good to go for the future. Very proactive approach to preventive maintenance. Thank you!
